Meet Alexa Di la Vega

Today we’d like to introduce you to Alexa Di la Vega.

Every artist has a unique story. Can you briefly walk us through yours?
I was raised in Mexico City, living with both of my parents, my older brother and my grandmother. When I was 14 years old I moved to Dallas, TX. I have always been very interested in art; photography, drawing, painting but my biggest passion; modeling. I consider modeling as an art, as a way to express the beauty within one self. And that is what I do.

Please tell us about your art.
I am a model. I try to collaborate with as many people as I Can. I want to insure others with the same dream I had. I want to show and prove to people that you can! It doesn’t matter where you come from, who your parents are, what native language you speak, if you work hard and you don’t give up it will happen.

As an artist, how do you define success and what quality or characteristic do you feel is essential to success as an artist?
I define success as someone who does what they love, someone that inspires people from all ages to accomplish their success. Success is when you know you can bring a smile out of someone’s face.
