So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I started my interest in the Culinary Career working for my uncles Catering Company at the age of 15, just to get by as a young inspired teen. Over the next four years, that interest turned into a passionate addiction to the art of food.
I took my love of food to the next level and got my culinary degree and never looked back.
I worked in a number of high-end restaurants & country clubs sharpening my skills, in fine dining, banquet, garde manger, and a variety of global cuisines.
With hard work and endless hours of dedication, I made executive chef the age of 26, where I had creative control over a full fusion based menu that I loved and executed.
Today, I stand Chef/Owner of my Gourmet Catering Company Culinary Cuisines.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
There has been several hiccups, ups & downs along the way, built a team that fell apart after two years, equipment was stolen, slower seasons, etc., and it only made us stronger, so I truly embrace all the good as well as the bad.

We are on the move Fusion Cuisine Catering Company, we specialize in fusion cuisines.
I’m super proud of the overall growth and brand of the company especially embarking on our 4th year of business!
What sets us apart is our flavor profile , and most definitely our unique style and flare of attire and Cuisines.
If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
Start up a brand, better business mindset, start off with solid mentors and potential trustworthy investors that believed in our vision from the initial start!
