Today we’d like to introduce you to Crystal Peach.
Just Peachy Waco was founded in 2017 to help fund renovations on the Peach family’s 1905 Colonial home. Crystal Peach and her husband Aaron bought their home to use as a hospitality house for those serving in Christian ministry. When renovations proved to be more extensive than planned, Crystal needed to return to work to cover additional costs. Crystal wanted to be able to stay home with her three young children; thus the idea for Just Peachy was born. Just Peachy began with hand-made baby bibs and burp cloths. Soon after, Crystal expanded the brand to include women’s bandana scarves and scrunchies and even dog bandanas.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Balancing being a full-time mom with owning your own business is no easy task. There has certainly been a huge learning curve in how to produce products, run events, market and advertise, etc. in addition to all the usual “moming” tasks. Time management and having the whole family throw in has helped us get through some of the more challenging seasons.
So, as you know, we’re impressed with Just Peachy Waco – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
Just Peachy Waco specializes in making artisan-style accessories for the whole family. We are most known for making bandana scarves and scrunchies. However, pet owners would disagree as they love our dog bandanas. Most currently Just Peachy has pivoted to include a line of face masks (for adults and children). Our products use high quality, durable fabrics. I love that with our simple accessories you can elevate an entire look. They look classy rather than “crafty”.
So, what’s next? Any big plans?
I hope to continue to offer more “in-store” purchasing opportunities for my customers. While I love vendor fairs and will continue to attend them, I want more exposure for our brand on a daily basis.
