Meet Lisa Love, owner of LoveWrapz head wrap Boutique. Lisa Love is a New Orleans (Westbank Native) reside in Dallas, Texas. She created LoveWrapz brand through her Love for head wrapz and passion for business entrepreneurship. Lisa has over ten years of experience in Retail Management and Customer Service excellence. After years of hard work and result delivery, which improved other companies, Lisa felt it was time to take on her business ventures.
In March 2018, she had an idea to start an online retail store with products influenced by Love and felt could use more exposure. As she was preparing to launch within the next year, Lisa encountered a layoff from her corporate job. At this time, she knew it was time to get things rolling as an entrepreneur.
Has it been a smooth road?
Absolutely not, head wrap is a very niche accessory. When it comes to niche products, you have to be very creative and timely. As a new small business owner, you will have to wear several hats in your organization.
The most significant challenges are staying on top of trend changes and business flow. The process can get overwhelming when you are the person who does most of the operation from Marketing to Customer Service. I have been able to create a streamlined process that helps me to operate more effectively.
