Today we’d like to introduce you to Roni Benjamin.
Roni M Benjamin was born in Queens, NYC. The younger of two children, raised in Astoria Housing Projects by a young single mother. At a young age, Roni was exposed to drugs, molestation and murder. These experiences later led to a lifestyle of promiscuity, self-doubt and emptiness. Her writing gives insight into how she endured through the trials of being a mother at a young age, broken heart, domestic violence and her search for true love. Her beautiful children were created through it all. Corey and Summer became her reasons to live full and persevere. Their love for their mother covered the pain, shame and guilt of decisions made in the past. Through determination and a renewed mindset, Roni awakened her inner superhero and has taken her life to new levels. As a Toastmasters officer, she developed many members into effective public speakers and leaders. She now walks in her purpose as a Speaker, Author and Self Love Life Coach. We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Some of the struggles along the way were rooted in a self limiting belief. I did not believe that I deserved success or was worthy of this abundant life I kept hearing about. I held a light to all of my flaws, past decisions, areas of lack and felt ashamed and guilty. It wasn’t until I fell in love with me, me that I was able to move forward in my greatness. I began to own my story, embrace my flaws and truly forgiving myself for the decisions I had made through the years that did not serve me or my children. In doing so, I was able to break through barriers that held me back from living a full and happy life. This was the start of RoniUplifts. I knew I wasn’t alone and I committed my life to help others breakthrough to their greatness.

RoniUplifts LLC uplifts and inspires others to reach their fullest potential in life through inspirational talks, workshops and books. RoniUplifts also offers self love coaching for those who are eager to break through barriers holding them back from achieving long term goals.
We are most proud of the transformational effects of guiding someone through the depths and core of their being to heal and uncover gifts and talents that have been dormant. Once identified, then having the courage and boldness to pursue their dreams and goals even through the fear.
So, what’s next? Any big plans?
I recently decided to leave a lucrative corporate job as an Account Manager helping entrepreneurs within the Tax industry. After a successful career with a fortune 500 company, my gut told me it was time to leave. I was asked a question that shook my life forever. “…Roni, are you doing the very best work of your life?” My response after a few seconds was one of the most real moments of my adult life. It was, “No”. I knew that I could make a greater difference in helping others heals from traumatic events from the past to live out a full life of joy, peace and prosperity. I committed to moving forward with purpose.
Plans for the future will be serving as an ambassador for inside out change through the world. The activities include building relationships with global and local agencies to make a life changing impact one life at a time. Coaching individuals who are ready to take the journey of personal development, self reflection and action with purpose.
