Today we’d like to introduce you to Super Sweet Sisters.
Super Sweet Sisters started about a year and a half ago. We have always had a passion for cooking and sweets were our favorite. When I got pregnant with my third child, I craved chocolate covered strawberries, which stores only sold during Valentine season. So, my sister (Kristal) dipped some chocolate covered strawberries for me one day and I fell in love with them 😍. They were much tastier than the others. After she made the first strawberries, our family asked for some, their friends, and the rest is history. We then started making sweets that we always loved as kids and put our own twist on the recipe. We specialize in cupcakes, candy apples, cakes, cake pops, specialty cheesecakes, cheesecake stuffed donuts, cookies, chocolate covered strawberries, rice Krispy, Oreos, etc. We truly appreciate everyone who has supported us and those who will support in the future. We thank God for giving us this passion and being with us thru our journey, but this is just the beginning for Super Sweet Sisters 😉.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
One of the struggles we deal with is fatigue. We are often tired because we both still have full-time jobs as teachers. We’ve had several sleepless nights, but the outcome of our treats make it all worth it.
Super Sweet Sisters – what should we know? What do you guys do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
Super Sweet Sisters specialize in cupcakes (vanilla, strawberry, cheesecake stuffed strawberry shortcake, chocolate, cookies n cream, golden Oreo, banana pudding, strawberry lemonade, strawberry limeade, and red velvet), cake pops, cakes (birthday, graduation, wedding, etc.), cookies, candy apples, specialty cheesecake, cheesecake stuffed donuts, chocolate covered strawberries and rice Krispy. Our most requested cupcakes are strawberry, cookies n cream, and red velvet. The feedback that we receive from our customers about our cupcakes and cakes is that they are very moist and gorgeous. As far as the candy apples, our customer love strawberry lemonade, and green apple. Our customers also love the taste and the decor of our chocolate covered strawberries. I believe our customer service sets us apart from some. We listen to our customers and get a clear understanding of what is wanted. We strive for excellent customer service and for our treats to be beautiful and tasty 😋. Super sweet sisters are proud that we were able to come together as sisters to create a business that we have a passion for and that we are able to share with the world.
What moment in your career do you look back most fondly on?
The proudest moment of our career would be from this past Sunday (May 19th). We put together an event called Trap n Bake and it was a success.
