Horlics was established in 2018, with the idea to bring a quality Party Decorations and Rental Service to the Dallas, Texas area. Our passion for excellence is what drove us from the beginning, and it continues to push us each day. Horlics was born out of the interest in adding glamorous touches to family events. At Horlics, we believe that offering the best decor and rentals, even the most basic of items, can make a big difference in the lives of our clients. We strive to be the best rental supplier in the industry.
Has it been a smooth road?
Of course, nothing comes easy. It took about a year for the business to pick up! I remember our first decoration job, putting it together was so much fun but when going back to tear down about 1 am in a location about an hour drive from me, it dawned on me that “the struggle is indeed real”. Also having to rent a Uhaul was a big challenge before we bought our delivery van, but I enjoy what I do, I love making all my stuff from scratch, and I get so excited seeing the finished product. I live in Lowes and Hobby Lobby and oh Amazon is definitely not left out! lol. We started out with just the basic decor and now we have more elegant inventory and we keep adding… we roll with the trend!

Horlics Events and rentals decorate and also have luxurious inventory available for rent, from our most used throne couch to the luxurious Acrylic backdrop. We are mostly known for the Acrylic luxurious backdrop. We are one of the three that carry them in the DFW. I have been told that we are very professional. Everything has to be in writing after we had the experience of not being paid for an item that was rented. But we are who we say we are!
Let’s touch on your thoughts about our city – what do you like the most and least?
Dallas is the best city to live in. I have lived here for 20 years and I will live nowhere else! The weather is just right for me. And that is why I love when everything shuts down at the mention of snow! lol
