Meet Tr’Neire Wessel of G.U.A.P. Gang in Dallas

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tr’Neire Wessel.

Tr’Neire, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
I’m From North Carolina and moved to Texas in 2013. I started taking myself seriously about five years ago, told myself believe in you and it won’t matter if anyone else does. G.U.A.P. Gang came about and G.U.A.P. being an acronym for Giving Up Ain’t Possible. I push the message of having self faith before you believe in anything or anyone else. No matter what it is you do in life or want to be don’t give up, ever. At the beginning of the year, I rebranded myself and decided to go by my Birth Name which is Tr’Neire when I was formerly Daze. I hope to help someone with my music, even if it’s in the smallest way.

Has it been a smooth road?
Not a smooth road at all, I’ve been “rapping well, over a decade, been told no a million times. But I am Mr. Giving Up Ain’t Possible so that’s how we ended up here writing this message.

Please tell us more about your music, what you are currently focused on and most proud of.
I’m a music artist, I’m most proud of my growth and how my music is slowly people are getting hip to me. My message, my music, my bars and my ambition amongst many other things. That’s not me being cocky or confident, really just more so knowing the game and then looking at what I’ve done and what I will do.

How do you think the industry will change over the next decade?
At this rate, I feel as if I’ll be in a position where I’m more in control of everything with the funds to run a business and label. Still gonna be the CEO with other developing artists bringing in money as well.
