What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?

I start my day as early as 3 a.m. by not picking up my phone but instead reading a proverb of the day from the Bible and reading a devotional of the day. This helps me set the tone of the day! I like to start my mornings intentionally. I wake up early and give myself a few quiet moments to pray and reflect; it sets the tone for everything. After that, I stretch or do a quick workout to get my energy flowing. I’ll brew some coffee or make a light breakfast while listening to a podcast or some calm music. Read more >>>

I wake up to OLD SCHOOL RADIO an Fm station that plays music from the 70’s onward and sometimes I just lay there for 30 minutes listening ! Coffee …definitely coffee is next with some great home made toasted brown bread adorned with some Brie cheese and my home made jam! Pure heaven!
